Beautiful handmade sterling silver butterflies are the centerpiece of these gorgeous earrings.

Beautiful faceted Amethyst (11mm) paired with faceted leaf shaped Peridot (7mm) and little faceted pink Garnet briolettes (3-5 mm) forming a flower, suspended within hand hammered 18 gauge sterling silver hoops. These earrings measure 2 1/2 inches long from the bottom of sterling silver leaverback earring hooks.

Amethyst: In ancient times, the Greeks used to think that amethyst would protect those who wore it from becoming drunk.
